New Pups at Ravenna Kennels

Eve surprised us yesterday with two new pups - We think we caught her at the end of her heat cycle, so only two. But this is her first litter so maybe small will be better for her. They are both black and red - one female and one male. This is our V Litter.

Here's the female pup - We've named her Vanna.



And here's the male pup - Vegas.

Mother and pups are doing well - both of them are there - one's hiding under her leg.

Fancy's New Litter Born Tuesday

Oh she's a mess in this photo, but she had been through an ordeal. After all day long of labor and delivery, Fancy gave us our S Litter - 10 pups total - 9 girls and 1 boy. They are all black and tan in color except four girls which are sable.

Britney finally had her pups - Tue Mar 9

Well, she finally had them. Britney was due Saturday, and we were starting to get concerned. But she finally whelped on Tuesday. She had three silver sable girls and one white boy. This will be Brit's last litter - she'll be eight years old in November - we've decided to let her finish out her years in retirement.

Reba went a couple days early

Reba surprised us Sunday - we were expecting Britney's litter to be whelped and Reba shocked us by having hers. She had seven pups - two boys and five girls.

Here you can see Reba feeding the seven pups - And you can see she did a number on the wooden rails of the whelping box.

Now Britney (from New Hampshire) loved it - She's also six weeks pregnant.

New Pups for Lady - Born Wednesday

Lady x. Max produced our O Litter on Wednesday, February 10. She has six pups - three males & three females.
